Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and the contents of your order. This information is necessary to process your purchase, ship it, and contact you about it.
Payment information is entered directly with our payment processors and is never stored on our servers. We never see or hold your full card number.
When you contact us through our contact form we collect your name, email address, any order number you provide, and your message, so that we can reply.
When you create an account we store your name, email address, password (encrypted), and order history.
Automatically, like most websites, we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and how you move through the site. This helps us understand what is working and fix what is not.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart between pages, remember you if you choose to stay logged in, and measure how the site is used. Cart and account cookies are essential; without them the store will not function. Analytics cookies are not essential and you can block them in your browser settings.
