Welcome to Heavenly Presents. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of heavenlypresents.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, please do not use the Site. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Heavenly Presents, and “you” and “your” refer to you, the visitor or customer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products, Designs & Availability

We work hard to display our products and Scripture-inspired designs as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, print placement, or details shown on your screen will exactly match the physical item — screens vary, natural materials differ, and many items are printed or made to order. Product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, if a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price. Payment is due in full at checkout through our approved payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or stock limitations. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute our acceptance, which occurs when your item is shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $79. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for complete details. In general, unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return except where the item is defective or we have made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, text, and the “Heavenly Presents” name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission. Scripture quotations are drawn from public-domain translations or are used in accordance with the permissions of their respective publishers.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Site.

10. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, image, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated or required by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly Presents and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heavenly Presents and its owners and employees from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in FLorida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
